Refund policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Non-Refundable Items: Customised or personalised football jerseys (with added names, numbers, or logos) are final sale and cannot be refunded unless faulty.

• Process: Please contact our Customer Support team to initiate a return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
